The following are examples of services we provide under our Class F home care license.

      •  Daily dressing and grooming

      •  Bathing one time per week

      •  Controlled incontinence care

      •  Nail care

logo2_bullet  Medication administration

logo2_bullet  Response by resident assistant to unanticipated needs

logo2_bullet   Registered Nurse to coordinate care:

       •  on-site at various hours

       •  on-call 24 hours

       •  laboratory and Physician services

       •  Service Plan review every 62 days

       •  with other health care professionals

logo2_bullet   Additional Services available from Legacy's home care agency as follows:

        •  Additional Skilled RN services-

          Tube feedings, IV antibiotics, wound care, diabetic nail care, etc.

        •  Additional shower

        •  Unmanaged incontinence cares
