Our services package.

Unlike other care homes, Legacy Care Home services is an all inclusive package. We won't nickel and dime you with additional fees for incidental items such as continence care products, dietary needs, care needs, etc. An extensive, thorough, and hands-on care is what we consider the best care for all those who live in our home. We’re on a mission to provide the most individual and comfortable living for seniors as possible.

Our low resident-to-staff ratio is just one way we provide superior health care services.

1. Registered Nurse coordination.

Registered nurse supervision of coordinating details ensures health professional standards from day one.

Admissions and getting settled
Ongoing and evolving care needs
Laboratory and physician services
Service plan reviews
Communication with health care professionals in resident care.

2. Daily Activites

Daily, our trained and empathetic staff takes charge of each resident's unique needs - from management of memory, dementia, Alzheimer's and diabetes conditions to hygiene and routine assistance.

Bathing (at least once weekly)
Dressing and grooming
Incontinence care
Nail and foot care
Chronic health management
Oxygen management
Cueing and redirection, as needed
