Our care givers provide all levels of hands on care to both male and female residents.
Staff members must be able to cook, clean, distribute meds, as well as provide care to a range of elderly, and physically and mentally impaired residents. Staff must be proficient in reading and writing English and exhibit good communication skills. A clean criminal background check and professional references are also requirements.
We are committed to hiring dedicated, caring, hard working staff. Although a CNA or PCA certificate is preferred, it is not required. We will train willing, capable people if they exhibit great caregiving qualities. We are a small family owned business who thinks of our staff as family members. We know great staff equates to great care and we are committed to providing the best care possible for our residents.
Our resident to staff ratios vary between 2:1 – 6:1 depending on the shift and the care needs of the current population.
